I have the new Nike running shoes in neon yellow. I think the differing results people report after washing shoes has to do with the type of shoe they are cleaning. So far, cleaning my shoes after a 10 mile sweaty run and today an early rainy mud puddle run and every couple of weeks for good measure hasn't damaged them. They look and smell nice!

I mix a little laundry soap with water, take the insoles and laces out and submerse the shoes in the soapy water. I sort of squeeze the soapy water through the mesh upper and use a brush to gently scrub away any stains. I squeeze the insoles and laces in the soapy water too. Then rinse all parts very well to remove soapy water then air dry in the sun for a couple of hours. But you can also air dry in shade or at the bottom of your fridge. I would not use a dryer though.

I had a great experience at the Sun Ski and Sport in Arlington, TX. Today was my first time visiting the store. I was helped by Heather Salvaggio. She was so knowledgeable about the shoes I was interested in buying for my daughter, and it really impressed me. I had just wanted to rush in and out, but i was enjoying her presentation so much, that I just decided to stick around. My time was well spent! Even my daughter felt like Heather really cared about her well being. THank you so much Heather, and keep up the good work! :)

Had an awesome experience with the bike sales rep in Norman, Ok. Rob (Sales Manager) went above and beyond to ensure I got the product I wanted (Thule bike rack). He definitely won my business in the future. 5 Stars!

I have to say that Sun and Ski's customer service is amazing. I don't remember the woman's name, but she was beyond helpful and nice. You could tell from her voice that she wasn't there just because it was a job but that she had pride in her job and the company she worked for. If I am in the market for any product this company sells, I will absolutely shop here again.

Thank you again for going above and beyond for take care of me and my needs.

1 correction. Some Vibram models can't be scrubbed down and because many of us use them barefooted, that stink can be killer. Run those through the washing machine on cold water gentle cycle (I throw them in with my technical/running clothes). At the end take them out and hang dry them. They should be good to go and the stink will be gone too!

A few lines to express my sincere gratitude to Jon at Customer Service, who after an initial problem with my order, provided just the support, help and reassurance via the online live chat to resolve my issues and ensure my order was placed succesfully. The USA is known for its customer service, and I was not let down. I now look forward to arriving in North Conway from the UK to collect my new ski's, having been shipped to store, and be skiing New Hampshire very soon after fitting.
Thanks again for sorting what is probably an unusual order from the UK to be collected in person in store. Well Done!

I just wanted to take the time to say thanks to the entire staff at the Norman, OK Sun and Ski store. Everytime I walk in I am treated friendly and prompt. Its the only place I can remember that treats you like a rock star while you are there and as you leave you have a good buying experience.

I deal with the guys and gals in the bike area all the time and that satff is awesome and very helpful.

One of the managers of the store (Christopher) has gone above and beyond helping me.

Thanks again. You guys are the rock stars

I purchased a mountain bike from sun and ski Arlington. David in the bike department is very knowledgeable and has been most helpful through my purchase.. Since my purchase a month and a half ago, I broke 2 chains, bent a cassette, and blew a fork seal. David has worked close with the companies that manufactured the components and ensured that what could be was covered under warranty. I have used several bike shops in the DFW area, and David is one of the most knowledgeable bike mechanics that I have found. He has really gone the extra mile.
